Short Courses

Our Level 2 Facials and Skincare course is perfect for beginners wanting to get into Aesthetics, it runs over 4 Weeks, but you’re only training 1 Day a week.

We offer a 1 day course in both Lash Lifts and Lash Extensions. These are both great skills to have if you are wanting to work or start a business as an Eyelash Technician.

Another great course that only takes 1 day is our Lash and Brow Tint and Shape course. This is good as an addition to services that you already offer or as a starting point for changing careers.

We offer a 3 day waxing course, which will teach you the basic skills required to remove superficial hair from the body.
We also offer an Advanced Female Intimate Waxing Course, which takes one day to complete. To attend this course you must have previous experience in waxing.

For massaging we offer a Swedish Massage course which is spread out over 4 weeks, with training being 1 day per week. This is a great place to start learning massage and is a very popular course.

Indian Head Massage is another popular short course that we offer, it only takes 2 days to qualify from this course.

After having done a Swedish Massage course (or equivalent) we have the option to do a Level 3 Hot Stones Massage qualification. This entails learning how to safely perform a technique which uses specific types of stones applied at different temperatures to the body and face during massage.
This will require case studies.

We have a selection of short nail courses which can be done at Omni, this includes Manicure and Pedicure training, which is a good way to get into this role. Nail Technology which evolves applying acrylic and nail extensions. These courses both run for 3 days separately.
We also offer a half day course which specialises in the application and use of Gel nail Polish.

Our Level 2 Cosmetic Make-up course will teach all the requirements of make-up application. This is good for anyone wishing to change their career or add more services. This course will be taught over 4 days, spread over 4 weeks doing 1 day a week.

We offer a Level 2 Facials and Skincare course which is great for beginners as it teaches you all the introductory information and skills required to enhance your skills or change your career, while doing a short course. This course will enable you to perform a full facial on a client, and only takes 4 days, these days are spread out over 4 weeks, training 1 day a week.

Both of our Lash Lift and Lash Extension courses require no previous qualifications, they are the perfect way to get into the Lash industry, whether you are wanting to work in a salon or independently.
On the Lash Extension course you will learn how to apply individual lashes to a clients natural eyelashes, how to safely and effectively remove them, and client care.
On the Eyelash Lifting course you will learn how to enhance a clients natural eyelashes, giving them volume and length, this is a very popular treatment now and so it is a great one to have under your belt.
Both of these course do require case studies to be done in your own time.

We offer a Lash and Brow Tinting and Shaping course, which only takes one day to complete, this is a beginners course and you would be taught the theory of tinting, shaping and patch testing, how to apply and perform the treatment.
This course also requires at home case studies to be done.

Our Level 2 Waxing course is a short intensive course for the temporary removal of superficial hair growth. The areas that will be covered are Legs (full & half), Bikini (standard & high), Underarm, Arm, Chin & Upper lip, Abdomen, Chest, Eyebrows, Male Back & Chest Area.
Case studies will be required for this course.

For beginners who are wanting to study massage and gain skills in this industry, the Swedish Massage course is the best place to start. This course teaches how to safely and effectively deliver a full body massage, all the different massage techniques and how to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, lymphatic drainage and stress relief.
This course also requires some case studies.

Indian Head massage is another good starting option for massage courses, as there no pre-requisites to this course. On this course you will learn all about the history of Indian Head Massage with practical massage techniques covering the back and shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face.
Case studies are required.

We offer a selection of Nail training courses at Omni. We have a Manicure and Pedicure course, which teaches all the basics needed to be a Nail Tech including hygiene, and we offer a course which teaches Nail extensions and Acrylic application. These course both run for 3 days separately, however, they can be studied alongside each other.

Our Level 2 Make-up course is brilliant for beginners, as you will be taught day and evening make-up and the application of eyelash and eyebrow tinting as well as eyebrow shaping, all the skills needed to deliver make-up for weddings and special occasions. This is a 4 day course, which is done 1 day a week over a 4 week period.
