Level 5 Microneedling and Skin Peeling Course

This is an advanced qualification teaching you all the theoretical and practical skills required to perform Skin Needling treatments, using both manual rollers and electrical pens. You will also learn Skin Peeling treatments using the following acids;

  • Salicylic Acid
  • Glycolic Acid
  • Lactic Acid.

Our course is specifically designed for therapists who would like to become a qualified, non-medical, aesthetic technician or develop their existing skills, to specialise in this highly sought after advanced skincare treatment.

Your training will teach you how you to perform advanced skin analysis, enabling you to identify those clients suitable for Microneedling and Chemical Peeling treatments and formulate a specific treatment plan to suit the individual client needs. Do I need qualifications to do Microneedling and Skin Peeling?

Yes. As legislation changes and guidelines for councils strengthen, practicioners are finding that for both insurance purposes and local borough licences, this Level 5 qualification is a mandatory requirment in order to deliver advanced Microneedling and Skin Peeling treatments and progress to Level 7 for injectable treatments.
Prior to enrolling onto this course, students are required to hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent that includes Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology. Alternatively the Level 3 Access to Aesthetics qualification is also an accepted pre-requisite. Together with you Level 4 skin needling and peeling qualification

What type of skin treatments can I perform on completion of the Microneedling and Skin Peeling Course?
