Omni Academy of Beauty Principal, Carolyne Cross has been announced as a Finalist in this years prestigious BABTAC & CIBTAC Awards in the category of Outstanding Contribution to the Industry.
Carolyne’s career in the Beauty industry began some 35 years ago. During this time she has realised some incredible achievements, not just in her own career but for the industry as a whole.
She has worked in salons, on cruise ships, within education, teaching, examining and writing qualifications. In 2008 she founded the award winning Omni Academy of Beauty and later in 2016, Omni The Salon. She’s worked for various awarding bodies and has been Chairman of the leading membership and awarding organisation representing the industry in discussion with senior Politicians. She has also been called upon as a spokesperson for the industry on several occasions in the the media both print, radio and TV and also acts as an expert witness with court cases which relate to the beauty industry.
